Ever since my brush with Banksy in 2023, I’ve been having something of a love affair with Glasgow (Don’t tell Bath!)
I went there to see his ‘Cut & Run’ exhibition at GoMA which featured my paintings of his Margate work ‘Valentine’s Day Mascara’. While I was there, I started painting and was immeditately hooked. I’ve made the long drive up the M6 countless times since and I’m building up quite a collection of work that I aim to exhibit in the city in the second half of 2026. I’m also working on a book of my Glasgow paintings (as a companion volume to my Bath, London and Bristol books).
