Description
This was my first book, published in 2008: 96 pages featuring 55 of my early paintings and drawings of Bath. The work is a bit darker, rougher and looser than the more recent pieces you may be familiar with. It reflects me getting to grips with the city and figuring things out in paint and charcoal. If you’re after more polished work, you might prefer my later Paintings of Bath book. But if you want to see the raw beginnings – the honest, excited, more expressive early days – you’ll find them here.
